Eastern and Central North Carolina's 100% Pro-Life Catholic radio station produced another great day of live broadcasting during Right to Life Saturday on January 14th.
The live broadcasting began from Holy Name of Jesus Cathedral where hundreds gathered for the Rosary for Life followed by the Catholic Mass for Life, where Bishop Luis Rafael Zarama presided.
In the afternoon, Ellen White and Peter K. O'Connell anchored coverage of the North Carolina Right to Life Rally and March at Halifax Mall on the North Carolina Catholic Radio Network. The network's stations included Catholic 540-AM Divine Mercy Radio in Raleigh (WETC) and AM-1270 Carolina Catholic Radio in Charlotte (WCGC). The broadcasts were easily heard by tens of thousands of listeners on both stations on-air, on-line and on-app.
Among the many guests interviewed during the 2 hour, on-site, live radio broadcast were Bishop Zarama of the Diocese of Raleigh and the Lieutenant Governor of North Carolina Mark Robinson.
